TRAITS AND ABILITIES:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
As a gargoyle: She is muscular and lean, has light blue skin, large bat-like wings, elongated claw-like feet, and a long articulated tail. She has a shock of wild red hair that falls below her shoulders. She favors wearing a midriff halter-top off one shoulder and a loincloth sinched with a thick leather belt. For jewelry, she wears a thick golden tiara, gold earrings, a golden armband, and a matching anklet. Her eyes glow red when she is angry. She likely smells of old earth and stone. She has a deep voice and her accent is difficult to place but may contain hints of Scottish and French.
As a human: (she may introduce herself as Dominique Destine in human form) She has pale white skin and green eyes. Her hair remains the same color red and her bone structure is so close to her gargoyle countenance that a facial recognition scan would be able to match her. She keeps her fingernails filed into points when possible. Her eyes will still glow red when she is angry.
•DEMEANOR: She is quick to anger and treats those speaking to her, especially if they are human as if they aren’t worth her time. She is distrustful and will always be aloof and on her guard. She usually only chooses to interact with others when it's necessary to get what she wants. She can be very manipulative in these cases and can fake being nice well enough, but it won’t last. Once she has what she wants, she will easily betray anyone she’s previously allied with.
•ABILITIES:
Inherent gargoyle abilities: Superhuman strength, gliding with her wings, superhuman durability/stamina, improved sense of smell, improved hearing, perfect night vision, tough hide, overnight healing/regeneration of minor injuries (*See Puck's curse).
Sorcery: only with the aid of a magical artifact, written spell, or both.
Combat training: proficient in hand-to-hand, melee weapons, and projectile weaponry both modern and medieval.
Magic pact with Macbeth: Demona entered into a magical pact with Macbeth to help him reclaim his kingship. In exchange for her help, she was given eternal youth. The binding spell de-aged her to approximately 35 years old, the age that Macbeth was at the time. It has kept her from aging there-after.
Additionally, the spell made them both immortal/invincible. If one is mortally wounded or killed, they will be healed/resurrected so long as the other lives. The only way for either of them to die a true death is to kill one another. (This bond could be nulled when she comes to the city.)
Puck’s Curse: The trickster Puck "gifted" her the curse of changing into a human by daylight instead of sleeping in stone as all other gargoyles do during the day. *Her change in form will heal any wounds she had beforehand, the same as stone sleep would for a normal gargoyle.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Her skin is extra thick. Her organs are similar enough to humans to be comparable. The color of her blood is red.
